I have over a decade of experience in working for a national website and digital marketing company where I spent years focusing on how to identify strengths and weaknesses in websites. Through that focus, I learned to listen. I listened to client’s website issues; their website needs; their company goals. I used all those experiences, interactions, and conversations as a compass to refocus my energy on creating solutions for customer success. I asked myself how I could improve customer service, drive success, and build a collective where everyone works together toward a common goal. And, it all comes down to a continued commitment to clients in a dynamic service industry.
I developed a strategy, combining technology with my love of art and design, that makes website creation exciting and full of life. Putting my clients first is one of the many instruments that elevates our customer’s experience and results in project success.
